Tirena photoHello,  I’m Tirena Jones, a Certified Public Accountant,  business consultant,  and entrepreneur.  I earned my B.S. in Business Administration in 1996 and I have broad experience in finance, business operations, and management.

Over the last 24 years, I’ve helped numerous businesses increase cash flow, cut costs and maximize their revenue potential.  Having worked with a multitude of start-ups and growing enterprises, I understand the challenges that business owners and managers face on a daily basis and work to create a financial road map for the future.

I help clients redesign their financial models, business plans  and helped them set infrastructure to support business growth.

My background is diverse and I have experience in:
